1. Enrollment & Trial Classes
New students are entitled to a 3-day complimentary trial period consisting of up to three 30-minute 1-on-1 sessions. No payment details are collected prior to trial completion.
2. Class Rescheduling & Attendance
To ensure respect for tutors’ schedules, students must give at least 4 hours advance notice to reschedule a planned class. Classes missed without advance notice may be forfeited.
3. Tuition Billing & Cancellations
Tuition is billed on a monthly cycle. There are no contracts or termination penalties; subscriptions may be cancelled or paused at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
4. Academic Code of Conduct
Students and tutors are required to maintain high standards of Islamic adab (etiquette), mutual respect, and appropriate dress decorum in all virtual classroom environments.
